INCUBATOR: START UP
This 6- to 12-month programme is designed for early-stage companies, less than one year in operation, who have a unique value proposition. These businesses have the potential to scale and show early signs of validation through a developing customer base or similar metrics.
Together with your Innovation HQ business coach/coaches over a fixed term, you will define your business model and target market, identify the opportunities ahead of you and develop a plan to see them realised. We will work alongside you to see that plan in to action, measuring results and iterating the product and approach as we go.

PROJECTS: OPTIMISE or PIVOT
You’re an established business but you’ve spotted a big opportunity to pivot towards or an area that is crying out for optimisation. A fixed-term 3- to 6-month Pivot or Optimise Project could be just the ticket.
Together we’ll identify the opportunity/need, set a deadline date and create an action plan to move heaven and earth to make the project happen.
These projects are intensive and exciting and you’ll have access to the full family of HQ businesses and support networks.
